Tuition may be paid in one single payment by July 5, 2016 or paid over a 10 month period beginning July 5, 2016 and concluding April 2017.

(Note: 3 Year Preschool (full days and half days) and 4 Year Preschool (half days) tuition schedule not subject to SCRIP purchase requirement. However, full day 4 year Preschool is subject to SCRIP purchase requirement)

PLEASE NOTE: The parishioner rates above are offered to those families supporting ther parish through the weekly contribution envelopes. If, however, a family is not supporting the parish, the non-parishioner rate will be charged.

SUPPLIES FEE

Supplies Fee for the 2016 - 2017 school year are $175.00 per student. This fee is included in the above rates.

Supplies Fee is payable directly to the parish office with tuition.

If you are paying your tuition in a single, lump sum payment, the Supplies Fee is due at that same time (July 5, 2016).

If, however, you are using the FACTS program for your tuition payments, you may add your Supplies Fee to your FACTS balance and pay monthly with your tuition payment

Our Lady Queen of Peace School continuously strives to offset costs and keep tuition one of the lowest available for a Catholic Education. We have a financial assistance program available to parishioners. An application is submitted to the finance council who reviews it and makes decisions based on proven need. Please contact the parish office for more information (618) 377-6519.

SCRIP purchase requirment is $3,000 per academic year per family. In order to receive a reduced tuition rate, you agree to purchase $3,000 in SCRIP during the school year.

SCRIP fundraising is fundraising while you shop. SCRIP fundraising gift cards are the same gift cards you would normally purchase from a retailer in your local retail stores, and they work the same way. You'll find cards you can use at grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, movie theaters, home improvement stores, and almost any business that accepts gift cards. Virtually anywhere you shop will accept some form of SCRIP.
